Elite Coach is seeking Human Resource Generalist to provide HR Services as well as perform other administrative duties. This position will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR services including recruiting, onboarding and orientation, benefits administration, worker compensation management, employee relations, and performance management.
The ideal candidate for this position will be an experienced HR professional with a minimum of 5 years experience in Human Resources or related field. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is needed. Demonstrated proficiency with technology is essential.
