Welcome to “The Christmas City” – Bethlehem, PA where the Spirit of Christmas abounds! We start our day with three hours of shopping at Christkindlmarkt, recognized as one of the best holiday markets in the U.S. Fashioned after a traditional German Christmas market, we will delight in handcrafted artisan goods as we check off our Christmas shopping lists. Lunch will be on our own as we browse the unique and special vendors at Christkindlmarkt.
We then meet up with our certified guide, in 1700’s-era Moravian costume, for our 1-hour historic tour of the City of Bethlehem. We will explore the history and traditions of beautiful Bethlehem and the Moravian beginnings that shaped the city.
After our bus tour of the city, we will have an hour and a half to stroll through downtown Bethlehem before a delicious, gourmet 3-course dinner at Edge Restaurant. We will end our day driving through the Bethlehem streets bathed in the twinkling lights of the season.
